Concurrent Care Announcements

In July 2011, the state of Kentucky replaced TN #11-007 with TN #89-1, which revied the Kentucky Medicaid Hospice Program eligibility guidelines. The change included an added exception, which allows individuals under 21 years of age to receive concurrent hospice and acute care treatment.
