Concurrent Care Announcements

In 2021, the State of Oregon published updated rules (Rule OAR 410-142-0110) regarding concurrent care.

Effective April 1, 2012, the Oregon Health Authority issued a State Plan Amendment (SPA)(Transmittal No. 12-005).

In January of 2011, the Oregon Health Authority had announced that under section 2302 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicaid and CHIP-eligible children would be able to receive curative treatment upon the election of the hospice (concurrent care).
