Concurrent Care Announcements

Effective July 1, 2013, the Rhode Island Office of Health & Human Services issued a State Plan Amendment (SPA) (Transmittal No. 13-010) including the CMS letter, the transmittal attachment and form. On July 29, 2013 CMS mailed a supplemental letter regarding updates needed to Rhode Island’s reimbursement methodology regarding the SPA.
