UNAVAILABLE: Despite exploring multiple avenues of documentation including state statute archives, provider announcements, and Medicaid updates, our team was unable to find documentation for Rhode Island that would substantiate the implementation of concurrent care. Our team estimates that implementation occurred sometime in 2010, but documents to confirm this have not been made publicly available through search. We expressed our difficulties in trying to access documentation to three separate Medicaid entities in the state, as well as the only pediatric hospice provider in the state, but those parties were also unable to connect us to any information available to share publicly.
