In December 2010, the State of Wisconsin announced through the ForwardHealth Portal that the state would be in compliance with the federal law on concurrent care for children. Specifically, the announcement stated that individuals 20 and under enrolled in Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus may elect to receive hospice services concurrently with all medically necessary treatment services, which should be filed under form F-01009A, which can be found following the announcement.
